Refund & Return Policy

At Diaperface.com, we want you to love what you wear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review our policy below for more details.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags (if applicable).
  • Items must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

To start the return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@diaperface.com with your order number, a brief description of why you’d like to return or exchange the item, and a request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  2. Receive RMA Number: Our team will review your request and issue you an RMA number along with return instructions.

  3. Ship Your Return: Once you receive your RMA number, package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps outlined above to request an exchange. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at returns@diaperface.com with a photo of the item and your order number within 30 days of receiving the order. We will issue an RMA number and cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at legal@diaperface.com
